Monday Night Dinner

Monday Night Dinners at the Community Center are presently being held on a weekly basis, and the next dinner is on December 11, 2023 Happy hour starts at 5:30PM, and dinner starts around 6:00PM.

Our chef, Eric Sheill, will be preparing a delicious dinner. Here is Eric’s menu for the evening:

  • Grilled Pork Loin w/ Apple Chutney
  • Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  • Spinach Salad w/ Cranberries, Toasted Walnuts & Goat Cheese
  • Rolls & Butter
  • Pumpkin Pie w/ Homemade Whipped Cream

Special note: Unfortunately, we are not set up to honor special dietary restrictions.

To attend, you must sign up in advance for the dinner by using the form below. The cost to members will be $20.00 per person.  Summit 50Plus does subsidize the preceding cost. So, any non-members in attendance must sign the member waiver and pay the full cost of the meal ($32.00).  All payments will be taken at the front door (cash or check only).

If you sign up for dinner but are unable to attend, you have until 9:00AM on the day of the dinner to call the Community Center Front Desk to cancel. If you don’t timely cancel by then, you will still potentially owe payment of $20.00 per member (or $32 for non-members).

To ensure our headcount is accurate, please submit one online sign-up form for each attendee below. After submitting the sign-up form below, you will immediately receive a dinner confirmation email.  If you do not receive that email or otherwise have any questions, please call the Community Center Front Desk at 970-668-2940.
